For Chop locations in Ontario, we are offering the 40-Day Dry Aged New York Striploin*. An unparalleled steak experience, dry aging intensifies the flavour of this steak as it develops notes of gorgonzola cheese, porcini mushrooms, and hazelnut.
For our locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and in Halifax, we are pleased to present the New York Striploin Picahna**, a 10 oz Smoked New York Striploin with chimichurri and Brazilian spices.
We're also offering up our Beef Tartare, featuring chopped Certified Angus Beef®, at all locations.
We've crafted a special drink menu to pair with your holiday meal. Wine lovers will enjoy Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon, a fruity, complex wine that makes every meal better. Fancy a cocktail? The S'mores Old Fashioned was made with the snowy season in mind, featuring Lot 40 Rye Whisky, house-made s’more syrup, chocolate bitters, and torched marshmallow!
