Built from a rich, juicy blend of chuck, brisket, and short rib, it’s seasoned with our signature Old Chicago spice, stacked on a buttery brioche bun, and topped with crispy fried jalapeños, a golden house-made jalapeño popper, and a generous layer of maple bourbon bacon jam.
