This location is temporarily closed.

Welcome to Chop Steakhouse & Bar Hunt Club, our first restaurant in the Ottawa region! We are now open at 250 West Hunt Club Rd, located near the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club and close to Carleton University and the Ottawa International Airport. What makes this extra exciting is that we are located right next to a brand new Sandman Signature Hotel! Whether you’re coming to connect with friends and family, do business with travelers from across the globe, or take in famous Ottawa sights like Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal, or the Canadian Museum of History, you’ll be glad you put us on the menu.

Looking for a great place to enjoy the ultimate steak experience? Our Steak and Prime Rib are 100% Canadian beef, sustainably sourced from Canadian Ranchers. Whether you're just visiting or you live in the Ottawa area, be sure to join us for a great steakhouse experience at Chop Steakhouse & Bar. Reservations are available for dinner dates or group functions, and walk-in guests are always welcome!

Let our bartenders pour you a refreshing beer, a restorative glass of wine or an upbeat cocktail! Our selections include old school favourites like the Moscow Mule with ginger beer & fresh lime or a Smoked Old Fashioned. We’re mixing up classic favourites like the Chop Caesar with house-made hot sauce and a pepperoni stick.

Join us after work or after dark and take advantage of our Happy Hour and Late Night food and drink specials, before or after an Ottawa Senators or Redblacks game. Our patio is prepped and ready for warm summer days, bring your friends and soak in the sun with a signature Chop cocktail!

We are pleased to now offer delivery to your home or office with Skip the Dishes! Click here for ordering info.
