FAQ: 

1) Do you take reservations?

Absolutely! We offer online reservations, or you can call the restaurant directly to reserve a table based on availability. To reserve a table online, please select the “MAKE A RESERVATION” button on the bottom of the screen.

2) Do you accommodate allergies?

Yes! At Chop we pride ourselves on our allergy awareness and guest protection procedures. We have an Allergen Guide for mild allergies or intolerances that our team uses to assist you in making your menu selections. Please visit our ‘FOOD’ tab icon located at the top of our page, scroll down to look for our Allergen Guide. Please note that items listed on this guide may contain small amounts of the listed allergen. Therefore this guide is not to be used for severe allergies. We strongly recommend that you ask to speak to a manager for any severe allergies prior to ordering. We take food allergies and sensitivities very seriously and require that our Managers check with guests each time a severe allergy is brought to the attention of our servers. There are rigid protocols in place and every Manager and Chef have internal guidelines for making safe menu suggestions based on the specific concern.

4) Can you accommodate large parties?

6) Do you have a dress code?

We recommend smart casual attire, but we do not have a formal dress code. At Chop, you will find that we cater to many different demographics of guests. Likewise, you will find many different styles of apparel, including everything from jeans, to suits and ties and evening wear on guests joining us for a date night or special occasion.

7) Are you child friendly?

Yes. While our lounge is reserved for those who prefer an adult-only atmosphere, our dining room is child and family friendly. We offer a Kids’ Menu with junior items that include unlimited drinks and a dessert for children under 12. We also offer colouring sheets with crayons. Booster seats and high chairs are also available.

8) Do you have wheelchair accessibility?

Yes. Chop is committed to equal and impartial treatment to team members as well as our guests. We will meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in a timely and conscientious manner by working progressively towards removal of barriers to accessibility and integrating the services available to individuals with disabilities.
