  • Restroom social distancing and occupancy policy
  • Hand sanitization stations at primary entrance and washrooms
  • Limited capacity dining with 6’ between tables
  • We ask that guests who experience any symptoms stay home and seek medical attention

Overall Cleanliness

  • Reinforcement of Chop Steakhouse PureClean mantra every 30 minutes, washing hands and sanitizing high touch points throughout the restaurant
  • Frequent sanitization of high touch areas followed by a deep clean and sanitization every evening
  • No pre-sets on tables and tables sanitized after each use

Team Health & Safety

  • Team members have been trained on the new health & sanitation protocols
  • Team members will undergo thermal temperature checks before each shift
  • Team member social distancing policy during shift and staggered start times
  • Team members will wear masks or face shields
